Founder & Visionary – Bharat Bhushan

Bharat Bhushan is a results-driven leader with over two decades of cross-functional expertise spanning media, advertising, client relationship management, and sustainable business development. As the Founder and Managing Director of Outdoor Cafe Advertising Pvt Ltd since 2011, he has carved out a highly respected niche in outdoor media solutions, expanding the company from a media consultancy into a powerhouse that executes high-impact campaigns across telecom, financial services, automobiles, and retail sectors. His career is defined by a legacy of leadership: prior to his entrepreneurial venture, he served as Business Director at Kinetic Worldwide (2007–2011), driving media strategy for global giants like Pepsi, Volkswagen, and Airtel, and as Assistant Manager at Percept Out of Home (2003–2007). He originally anchored his career as an Executive and News Anchor at Doordarshan News (2002–2003), interviewing senior political leaders and reporting on national affairs.

In parallel to his advertising legacy, Bharat has emerged as a forward-thinking champion of sustainability. Since 2019, he has been actively driving Green Energy Initiatives independently and in collaboration with Electriva, a leading EV Charging Point Operator in India. Through this alliance, he is contributing to the development of a large-scale network of IoT-enabled DC fast chargers and AC charging points across Delhi NCR and beyond. A strategic thinker with strong analytical acumen, Bharat seamlessly blends entrepreneurial success, media expertise, and a deep commitment to clean mobility and green infrastructure.

Co-Founder and CEO – Shveta Rajput

Shveta Rajput is a dynamic entrepreneur whose professional journey reflects resilience, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to positive impact. A law graduate, she initially began her career as an intern at O.P. Khaitan & Associates in New Delhi. However, her true passion lay in the fast-paced world of media and advertising. She joined Mindshare (Group M), where she managed major global brands like Pepsi and KFC, notably leading the pan-India media planning and high-impact national launch campaign for 7Up Nimbooz. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Shveta co-founded Outdoor Cafe Advertising Pvt Ltd in 2011 alongside Bharat Bhushan. Over the past 14+ years, she has built the company into a highly respected name in outdoor and integrated media solutions, playing an instrumental role in the launch and branding of over five Amity University campuses across multiple Indian states.

Always looking for meaningful ways to contribute to the nation's growth, Shveta was deeply inspired by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision for an Atmanirbhar Bharat and the untapped potential of the indigenous toy sector. Following extensive research and strategic collaborations, she founded Toyito Supertoys—a passionate venture dedicated to creating fun, engaging, and premium-quality toys for children. Under her leadership, Toyito Supertoys crafts products that spark imagination, creativity, and joyful learning, beautifully blending rich Indian values with global quality standards. From legal frameworks to massive brand launches and now enriching children’s playtime, Shveta continues to lead with vision and purpose. Thank you for being a part of our story.
